SwingFit will assess your current exercise programs, make recommendations according to our scientific principles and deliver customized plans to help you achieve your goals as you train on your own. Progress will be assessed throughout the program in which subsequent measures may be suggested.
You will be required to complete a brief Nutrition and Lifestyle assessment as well as a flexibility & stability test to provide our professionals with a benchmark. From there we will compare the results to your current exercise program and make valuable recommendations to help unlock your physical potential and optimize performance.
