Enjoy unlimited access to all SwingFit Golf fitness and yoga classes. Our classes cater to all demographics and are delivered at various intensity levels. All classes are executed in-person from our Canotek location or online via Zoom.

Make use of our fully equipped fitness studio during our open gym hours. Work through self-driven exercise programs or make use however you please to meet your fitness goals. Enjoy access to squat racks, cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, exercise bikes and more!

Our facility is open daily:
- Monday-Saturday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Sundays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
*These hours are subject to holidays, private facility rentals for special events, etc and therefore will be closed to members and the public from time to time.
We offer anywhere between 12-15 classes per week in the mornings, afternoons and evenings to cater to all demographics.
*Monday-Saturday Class Times: 8:00am | 10:00am | 12:00pm | 5:00pm | 6:00pm
*Class times will vary from day to day but will be offered at the time slots above.
You will be able to openly access the gym for personal use outside of our scheduled class times. Upon purchase of your membership and once access to your membership portal is available, you will be able to view the official class schedule and plan your workouts and gym usage accordingly.
Upon completion of your membership purchase, you will be provided with access to an online members portal that holds all the links and information about how to book your services.
We set a capacity to how many memberships we have active at once for this reason. With our capacity, we provide our members with equal opportunity to book group classes during peak times and slower times. While we don’t guarantee exact availability, our membership capacity allows for at least 3-4 class bookings per week without heavy competition for time frame preferences.
If you decide your SwingFit membership is not for you, no worries! If for whatever reason you wish not to follow through on your purchase, you have 48 hours, if the package has not been fulfilled, to receive a full refund.
Past the 48 hour deadline there will be no refunds issued.
In the event of injury, or unforeseen circumstance you may apply the remaining credit to future services or simply put your membership on hold.
You may cancel your membership at anytime.
Upon pending cancellation, the membership will expire at the end of the following month from when notice was received. For example, if a member’s billing cycle is the 5th of every month and elects to cancel on June 30th, the membership will expire August 5th (the end of the next billing cycle) in which the member will be responsible for July dues (billed on July 5th).
Yes – you may place your membership on hold at any time. Holds require a minimum 1-month absence in which a charge of $25/month will be billed to your account until you elect to reinstate your membership status.
Membership holds are limited to a total of 4 months per year. You may hold for 4 consecutive months or spread your 4 month allotment over the course of a year.
Should you elect to cancel and return at a later date, you will be required to pay the $100 membership activation fee – even if you already paid the fee previously.
Due to heavy demand and a carefully structured membership capacity, some members may decide to place their status on hold as there is no guarantee a spot will be available at a later date with cancellation.
