Once you have completed your purchase online you will receive an email confirming your order and a link to download the certificate PDF.
It is up to the recipient on when they would like to redeem their service(s) – please make note of our policies and validity periods listed for each product.
- Recipient receives the pre-paid certificate form you (the gifter)
- Recipient then has a specific period of time to redeem their pre-paid service (as noted in the product descriptions)
- The pre-paid certificate will include a QR code / direct link tot he corresponding product page when ready to redeem
- The recipient is to apply the corresponding codes identified on their certificate at checkout to waive the fees already accounted for
- Recipient will then receive confirmation of the order via email along with follow up information pertaining to their pre-paid service
No – pre-paid service certificates are valid for a one-time use only and will be voided upon completion of the order.
If you decide the pre-paid service order is not for you, no worries! If for whatever reason you wish not to follow through on your purchase, you have 48 hours to request a refund.
Past the 48 hour deadline there will be no refunds issued.
If he recipient decides that they would like to engage in a different service than what was gifted to them originally, we will provide the recipient with a credit of equal value to put toward a different product (alternative must be of equal or greater value, the difference will not be provided in the form of partial refund for products of lesser value).
