*These hours are subject to holidays, private facility rentals for special events, etc and therefore will be closed to members and the public from time to time.

Upon completion of your membership purchase, you will be provided with access to an online members portal that holds all the links and information about how to book your rentals and redeem your hours. 

Yes – we rent the sims by the hour so, not per person. So when redeeming your hours for rentals, you may bring up to 3 guests with you should you choose to do so!

Please note that it takes approximately 60 minutes per player to complete 18 holes so book your rental accordingly if bringing guests. 

No – league events require a weekly registration that entails both a fee for simulator usage plus a weekly prizing fee. Because there is no way to separate the two fees, your simulator pass cannot be used for event registrations – only simulator rentals outside of any league activity. 

If you decide the pass is not for you, no worries! If for whatever reason you wish not to follow through on your purchase, you have 48 hours, if the package has not been fulfilled, to receive a full refund.

Past the 48 hour deadline there will be no refunds issued. 

In the event of injury, or unforeseen circumstance you may apply the remaining credit to future services or simply put your pass on hold.
