SwingFit is a year-round golf performance and athletic development centre committed to helping young athletes reach their full potential – both on and off the course. Through an integrated approach focused on the physical, technical, tactical, and mental aspects of development, this program is far beyond traditional golf lessons – it’s a comprehensive approach that is scientifically proven to produce results.
Between our performance centre and our exclusive partnership with Pine View Golf Course, students will have access to indoor and outdoor practice environments, industry-leading technology, premium strength and conditioning facilities, and structured programming designed to support long-term growth, confidence, and performance.
REGISTRATION:
$389+HST/month
The primary location for majority of the program will be our SwingFit headquarters. There will be select days outdoors at Pine View Golf Course during the fall and early spring.

Transportation from the school to either location is provided by the school. Students and parents are responsible for pick up from either location.
Monday – Technical Development + Strength Training: Students rotate through station-based golf instruction with PGA of Canada Professionals, focusing on technical skill development, followed by golf-specific strength & conditioning and supervised practice time.
Tuesday – On-Course Play & Tactical Training: Students participate in a 9-hole playing round with PGA Professional coaching and on-course instruction. Programming takes place indoors on simulators during winter months and outdoors at Pine View Golf Course in spring/summer.
Wednesday – Technical Development + Mental Performance: Technical golf instruction continues through station-based training, followed by group mental performance training to build confidence, focus, resilience, and competitive mindset. The day ends with supervised practice time.
Thursday – Technical Development + Strength Training: Students continue developing technical skills with PGA Professionals, followed by strength & conditioning and dedicated training time for independent practice.
Friday – On-Course Play & Social Competition: Students finish the week with another coached 9-hole playing round, applying technical skills and course management strategies while emulating the element of pressure through friendly competitive play (played indoors during winter, outdoors during spring/summer).
Students are responsible for preparing and bringing the following each day:
- Golf Shoes/Running shoes & Athletic Attire
- Water bottle (labeled)
- Snacks (nut-free)
- Sunscreen
- Sun hat/Golf hat (during outdoor season)
- Proper golf attire (during outdoor season)
Students will be able to store their golf clubs at SwingFit throughout the program however, will not be able to store their personal bags, shoes, etc*
*During the outdoor season, the students will be responsible for bringing their clubs to and from Pine View Golf Course as the bus will take them from school directly to the golf course. It will be their responsibility to bring their clubs home the night before and can return them to SwingFit storage the next day.
Our program maintains a maximum student-to-instructor ratio of 8:1, ensuring individualized attention, safety and high-quality coaching. Our interdisciplinary team includes four PGA of Canada Professionals, four Strength & Conditioning Specialists, one Mental Performance Coach, and one Kinesiologist, providing students with comprehensive support across all aspects of athletic and golf development.
Depending on overall program enrollment and the nature of the day’s training, students will participate in instruction either as a full cohort or in smaller, evenly divided groups to maximize coaching effectiveness. All training sessions are supervised by qualified staff at all times.
During on-course training days, students will be organized into groups of four, consistent with standard golf course practices. One PGA Professional will be assigned to every two groups (maintaining an 8:1 ratio), providing active instruction, feedback, and course management support while rotating between groups throughout the round.

WHAT WE TEACH
PHYSICAL LITERACY
Basic human movements and object manipulation skills are vital for developing core golf skills. Through the use of scientific exercise principles and carefully constructed drills, we develop competency in all three pillars of physical literacy:
BODY CONTROL
Develop essential skills such as balance, coordination and stability for more control when hitting the golf ball.
LOCOMOTOR SKILLS
Develop essential skills such as squatting, rotation, pushing and pulling for more power in the golf swing.
OBJECT MANIPULATION
Develop the finer skills such as striking, aiming, positioning and visualizing for better results.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Anyone who wants to learn or improve! The nature of coaching golf is extremely dynamic which requires both instructors and the students to constantly adapt. The game improvement journey is unique to each individual, and our team of instructors have the skill set required to deliver personalized support, no matter the skill level.
Yes – each student will receive individualized support throughout their training journey. While the group always trains collectively, each student will have a personalized set of drills, exercises and more to refer to when putting in the work.
We make use of a mobile application to deliver personalized routines for each individual so they can continue to make strides from anywhere in the world!
In the case of a large discrepancy in skill level, or for any students who are completely new to the game of golf, our team of instructors will spend an extended amount time to help newer golfers build confidence at the beginning.
With “walk-the-line” style instruction and multiple coaches on hand at once, our team can segment students when needed and provide the level of attention thats required without leaving the other athletes behind.
For the more advanced or competitive players, the coaching staff will tend to group these athletes together and encourage them to work collectively. By doing so, we can create training environments that push their limits, apply pressure, elevate focus and regulate emotions – all valuable skills for the player who competes or has a desire to compete in events.
Yes – the program fee includes membership access to our indoor performance centre for continued training outside of regular program hours.
Yes and No – we cannot and will not force students to practice outside of dedicated program time however, we will highly recommend and encourage them to do so. We also provide them with the environment to make no excuses! With membership access included in the program fees, each student can further their development with self-driven training time.
In the event of inclement weather during the outdoor training days – sessions will move indoors to our Canotek location. The program representative from the school will be notified prior to any changes so that students can communicate with their parents accordingly.
Yes – the school provides bus transportation from the school to either location during the indoor/outdoor season (SwingFit / Pine View). It will be the student/parent responsibility to arrange for pick-up transportation from either location.
Yes – our coaching staff is bilingual and able to communicate in both English and French.

Within the performance centre, our practice bays are large enough to ensure the safety of everyone else around when making swings indoors. Of course, accidents can happen anywhere, anytime however, we are adamant about our student-to-instructor ratio for several reasons – one of the main reasons being to enforce a strict conduct when it comes to etiquette and awareness.
No – the monthly program fee is the only cost for enrolment.
During the summer months, students are welcome to continue working with our team via membership in which access to practice sessions, instruction, on-course exposure, fitness training and more are included. Additional fees will apply.
