Once you have completed your purchase online you will be directed to a summary page that includes a link to download your certificate. Shortly after, you will also receive an email confirming your order with a second opportunity to download the certificate in cased you missed it in the first step.

• Flex 10 & Flex 5 Packs
• Clinic Programs (Ladies clinics, junior camps, etc)
• Personal Training Programs
• Online & E-Commerce products

If for some reason you did not receive the necessary email which corresponds with your gift certificate, make sure you check your spam folder. If the email is not there, be sure you are checking the email account associated with the order. If you still cannot find it please email us at info@swingfit.ca.

YES – gift certificates are valid for 12-months from the issue date (not the purchase date) and are applicable toward multiple orders until your credit runs out or expires. 

If you decide the SwingFit E-commerce order is not for you, no worries! If for whatever reason you wish not to follow through on your purchase, you have 48 hours, if the order and service has not been fulfilled, to receive a full refund.

Past the 48 hour deadline there will be no refunds issued.
