6-WEEKS: APPROACH THE GREEN
Level 3 teaches golfers how to get to the green with purpose. Majority of golfers at this level struggle advancing the ball toward the green without disaster. Approach shots with an emphasis on full swing technique, club selection, alignment and mindset are the focus at this level.
This 6-week program includes 4 x clinic sessions on the practice facilities and 2 x on-course sessions where you will play out holes from 75-125 yards. All sessions are 60-minutes in duration.

Level 3 is where strategy meets better ball striking.
In this 6-week program, you’ll learn how to get to the green with purpose — not hope. Many golfers at this stage can make contact, but struggle to consistently advance the ball toward the green without trouble. Level 3 sharpens your approach play by focusing on full swing technique, smarter club selection, precise alignment, and the mindset required to execute under pressure.
Weeks 1-4 will be instructed clinic-style sessions in which participants will work on technique and drills. Weeks 5-6 will be on-course sessions in which participants will play various holes ranging from 75–125 yards — learning how to think, commit, and finish with intention. Every 60-minute session is designed to help you reduce “disaster shots,” improve consistency, and navigate the golf course with more confidence.
By the end of Level 3, you won’t just be hoping to hit the green — you’ll have a clear plan, a repeatable swing, and the confidence to execute it.
Included in your program are (5) x 60-minute vouchers applicable toward additional practice time. These vouchers can be redeemed for open practice time at our main location, SwingFit Golf & Fitness Centre (5360 Canotek Rd). As part of the program, you will be expected to utilize these sessions to get the additional repetitions you’ll need to keep progressing.
*All (5) sessions must be redeemed throughout the duration of your 6-week program. Unused vouchers will not be carried over, extended or credited.
Included in your program is a scientifically engineered mobility routine designed to compliment the physical requirements of full-swing technique and help you enhance your movement patterns. This routine is delivered online via mobile app in which you will receive access to at the beginning of your 6-week program.
*Your first clinic session will feature a 15-minute warm-up with our Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Mia St-Aubin, who will run you through each of the mobility exercises and help you understand the movements for your self-driven efforts.
All level 3 programs are hosted OUTDOORS on the practice facilities at our affiliate location, Pine View Golf Course (1471 Blair Rd, Ottawa, ON). This includes all 6 of the clinic sessions including the 2 on-course sessions.
The practice sessions vouchers are valid toward open practice time at our main facility, SwingFit Golf & Fitness Centre (5360 Canotek Rd).

Enjoy unlimited access to all SwingFit Golf Fitness and Yoga classes. Our classes cater to all demographics and are delivered at various intensity levels to suit your specific needs. All fitness classes are executed in-person out of our indoor performance centre and all yoga for golfers classes are delivered online via Zoom.
Over the course of 6-weeks, you can enjoy unlimited access to our fully equipped fitness studio during our open gym hours. Warm-up before you start a practice session, work through your self-driven mobility programs or sneak in some extra sessions whenever you please. Enjoy access to squat racks, cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, exercise bikes and more!

LEVEL 3 GOLF
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Anywhere between 3-6 students will be registered for your desired clinic series allowing for enough personalized attention per student from the designated instructor.
Of course! The best way to learn is to feel comfortable and if that means having a close friend nearby, we strongly encourage you and others to register together.
In these scenarios, each person must register individually as multiple registrations per single transaction are disabled.
YES – rental clubs can be provided upon request after registration. You will be notified and asked prior to the beginning of the first session to declare if you are in need of clubs or not so that our instructors can prepare accordingly.
Our baseline schedule for fitness classes is as follows:
- 9:00AM CLASSES: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays
- 5:00PM CLASSES: Thursdays
At any given time we can offer more than what is listed above however, the schedule outlined is our baseline for what you will have access to.
Please note, once the clinics being, the program does not allow for rescheduling of sessions for any reason other than rain or poor weather when applicable, and as determined by the SwingFit team. For the indoor programs where weather is a non-factor, no rescheduling of sessions will be permitted.
If you miss a session at your own will, no make-up solution will be provided. In the event of a family emergency and/or injury, a credit for a single session and/or remainder of program may be provided as decided by the SwingFit team.
In the event of an injury and required hiatus from any golf, we will transfer your registration fee to a different upcoming program of your choice, subject to availability.
If no other program suits your needs, or if you’re required to stay away from golf for an extended period of time we will credit you your registration fee and you can apply the credit toward any of our other programs or services once you’re able to return to golf.
Our standard policy for refunds without cause or reason is within 48 hours from time of purchase.
Should you ask for a refund outside of the 48 hour policy, a credit for your registration will be granted in which you can apply the amount to any of our other programs or services at a later date.
In the event of injury, please refer to the injury policy above.
LEVEL 3 FITNESS
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
You will be able to openly access the gym for personal use outside of our scheduled class times. Upon purchase of your program, you will be able to view the official class schedule and plan your workouts and gym usage accordingly.
We offer anywhere between 12-15 classes per week in the mornings, afternoons and evenings to cater to all demographics.
*Monday-Saturday Class Times: 8:00am | 9:00am | 12:00pm | 5:00pm | 6:00pm
*Class times will vary from day to day but will be offered at the time slots above.
All scheduled classes are designed to incorporate movements that are safe and achievable for all demographics and conditioning levels. Our team boasts a combined 30+ years of experience working with both athletes and the general public across all age demographics and with this experience, have developed a cycle of routines that feature pattern variations to suit the needs of every individual.
Upon completion of your purchase, you will be provided with access to an online members portal that holds all the links and information about how to book your services.
With our carefully constructed capacity, we provide our fitness class students with equal opportunity to book sessions during both peak times, and slower times. While we don’t guarantee exact availability, our class capacity allows for at least 3-4 bookings per week without heavy competition for peak-time preferences.
If you decide the program is not for you, no worries! If for whatever reason you wish not to follow through on your purchase, you have 48 hours, if the package has not been fulfilled, to receive a full refund.
Past the 48 hour deadline there will be no refunds issued.
In the event of injury, or unforeseen circumstance you may apply the remaining credit to future services.
