8-WEEKS: FROM TEE-TO-GREEN

Level 4 teaches golfers how to score from tee-to-green. Golfers at this level have enough playing experience and can strike each club with some consistency however, struggle to get over the hump in scoring. Fine-tuning mechanics, fitness regimes, constant feedback and repetition is the key to shooting lower scores.

This 8-week experience includes 20 flexible credits to use your own way: practice facility access, golf instruction, on-course lessons, fitness classes, and more. Depending on the season or where your game needs attention, you’ll have the freedom to build your own progression path — supported by expert coaching and a community that’s growing alongside you.

Level 4 is where golfers close the gap between practice and performance.
At this stage, you can strike the ball. You’ve played. You understand your clubs. But getting over the scoring hump? That’s the challenge. Level 4 is designed to help you connect everything — from tee to green — and turn skill into lower numbers on the scorecard.

Over this 8-week experience, the focus shifts to refinement. Fine-tuning mechanics. Smarter decision-making. Building a golf-specific fitness routine. Getting consistent feedback. Repeating the right patterns often enough that they stick. This isn’t about learning something new every week — it’s about sharpening what you already have so it performs when it counts.

You’ll receive 20 flexible credits to use your way: practice facility access, golf instruction, on-course lessons, fitness classes, open gym time and more. Depending on the season or where your game needs attention, you’ll have the freedom to build your own progression path — supported by expert coaching and a community that’s growing alongside you.

Level 4 isn’t just a program. It’s the bridge into becoming the kind of golfer who practices with intention, trains with purpose, and plays to score.

Included in your program is a scientifically engineered mobility routine designed to compliment the physical requirements of the game as a whole and help you enhance your movement patterns for lasting results. This routine is delivered online via mobile app in which you will receive access to at the beginning of your 8-week program.

While you will have the opportunity to apply your credits toward our golf fitness and yoga classes guided by our fitness specialists, you can also work through the movement & mobility program on your own time without using up a credit. You’ll have access to our gym for the duration of your 8-week experience!

All level 4 programs are hosted INDOORS at our main facility, SwingFit Golf & Fitness Centre (5360 Canotek Rd) and OUTDOORS on at our affiliate location, Pine View Golf Course (1471 Blair Rd, Ottawa, ON). 

Depending on the type of session you apply a credit towards, you will work across both locations. Indoor services include: Open practice sessions, golf instruction sessions and fitness classes. Outdoor services include: Golf instruction sessions and on-course playing lessons.

6-WEEK: GROUP TRAINING

Our 6-week group training is designed to help golfers improve mobility, stability and strength in a motivating small-group setting. You’ll train alongside other women, guided by exceptional trainers who customize programs and tailor each workout to enhance your movement patterns, protect your muscles and joints, and boost your performance.

Group training gives you the best of both worlds — professional instruction and accountability at a fraction of the cost of private training. Plus, the social atmosphere makes every session fun, supportive, and something to look forward to each week.

(6) x 60-minute guided training sessions. Work alongside like-minded individuals in pursuit of a common goal. Each session follows a specific format in which all participants will work together through the same series of exercises in the first half followed by individual work on the personalized routines under the supervision of a fitness professional.

The most important component to the entire program – if we’re not assessing, we’re guessing. In this session, the group will be guided through a physical screen that identifies your individual limitations as it pertains to the movement patterns of golf. Results will be recorded in real-time and later used for the development of your personalized programs. Each participant will also receive access to their results for reference and educational sakes. 

Upon completion of your assessment, each participant will receive a personalized program tailored to their specific needs. While the program follows a specific schedule in terms of frequency and duration of workouts, no participant will have the same routines as another. 

All programs are delivered via mobile & desktop platforms so that you can work from anywhere. Each prescribed routine is built with our facility in mind to ensure that you have access to all the equipment required to complete your routines and remain consistent. 

With use of the online training platform, you will be able to keep in touch with your coach, track your progress and routine compliance, upload videos, highlight success stories, etc. 

For the duration of your 6-week program, you can enjoy unlimited access to our fully equipped fitness studio during our open gym hours. Work through your self-driven programs to stay on schedule or sneak in some extra sessions whenever you please. Enjoy access to squat racks, cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, exercise bikes and more!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Anywhere between 3-6 students will be registered for your desired clinic series allowing for enough personalized attention per student from the designated instructor.

Of course! The best way to learn is to feel comfortable and if that means having a close friend nearby, we strongly encourage you and others to register together.

In these scenarios, each person must register individually as multiple registrations per single transaction are disabled.

YES – rental clubs can be provided upon request after registration. You will be notified and asked prior to the beginning of the first session to declare if you are in need of clubs or not so that our instructors can prepare accordingly. 

Our baseline schedule for fitness classes is as follows:

  • 9:00AM CLASSES: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays
  • 5:00PM CLASSES: Thursdays

At any given time we can offer more than what is listed above however, the schedule outlined is our baseline for what you will have access to. 

Please note, once the clinics being, the program does not allow for rescheduling of sessions for any reason other than rain or poor weather when applicable, and as determined by the SwingFit team. For the indoor programs where weather is a non-factor, no rescheduling of sessions will be permitted.

If you miss a session at your own will, no make-up solution will be provided. In the event of a family emergency and/or injury, a credit for a single session and/or remainder of program may be provided as decided by the SwingFit team.

In the event of an injury and required hiatus from any golf, we will transfer your registration fee to a different upcoming program of your choice, subject to availability. 

If no other program suits your needs, or if you’re required to stay away from golf for an extended period of time we will credit you your registration fee and you can apply the credit toward any of our other programs or services once you’re able to return to golf.

Our standard policy for refunds without cause or reason is within 48 hours from time of purchase. 

Should you ask for a refund outside of the 48 hour policy, a credit for your registration will be granted in which you can apply the amount to any of our other programs or services at a later date. 

In the event of injury, please refer to the injury policy above.

LEVEL 4 FITNESS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

You will be able to openly access the gym for personal use outside of our scheduled class times. Upon purchase of your program, you will be able to view the official class schedule and plan your workouts and gym usage accordingly.

45-minute class times vary throughout the week but are always scheduled at the following times: 9am / 12pm / 6pm

There will be multiple group assessment time slots to choose from prior to the start of your schedule 8-week program. Your programs will then be built and delivered prior to the start of your program.

Each program will offer (2) make-up sessions should you have to miss a PT session. There will be (1) make-up session per month (two over the course of 8-weeks) at predetermined times in which you can choose from if need be. These times will be communicated at the start of each program. 

All programs are tailored to your specific needs and are built with our facility in mind to ensure you have access to the equipment required to stay consistent. 

All programs are designed to incorporate movements that are safe and achievable for all demographics and conditioning levels.

If you decide the program is not for you, no worries! If for whatever reason you wish not to follow through on your purchase, you have 48 hours, if the package has not been fulfilled, to receive a full refund.

Past the 48 hour deadline there will be no refunds issued. 

In the event of injury, or unforeseen circumstance you may apply the remaining credit to future services.
