JUNIOR CAMPS
FOR ALL YOUTH AGES 6 - 14
How each day of camp will be structured for the students:
- 8:30 – 9:00am: Child drop off & sign-in
- 9:00 – 9:45am: Physical Activity 1*Â
- 10:00am – 10:45am: Physical Activity 2*
- 11:00-11:45am: Physical Activity 3*Â
- 11:45-1:00pm: LUNCH
- 1:00 – 1:45pm: Golf Instruction*Â
- 2:00-2:45pm: Golf Drills & Skills*Â
- 3:00-3:45pm: Golf Drills & Skills*Â
- 3:45-4:30pm: Child pick up and sign-out
*Indicates 15-minute break between activity transition.
Below are examples of the other activities and sports that will be played as a means of enhancing physical literacy in the morning half of the daily itinerary:
- SPORTS
- Soccer / Football / Baseball / Frisbee
- MOVEMENT PATTERNS:
- Jumping / Twisting / Pushing / Pulling / Striking / Throwing / Kicking
The purpose of the morning physical literacy programming is to develop the necessary skills as foundation for golf fundamentals.
Each afternoon will feature an hour of golf instruction and 2 hours of drills & skill challenges. An example of a drill and skill challenge:
- A CHIP IN THE BUCKET
- 3 attempts to chip a ball into a bucket from a difficult but attainable distance
- Purpose is to exercise the four “R’s” (Relax, Replay, Ready, Redo) in an attempt to practice EMOTIONAL REGULATION
- A debrief session will follow to discuss the challenges experienced and the importance of how to overcome those challenges
By use of engaging drills and challenges, the purpose of the afternoon programming is to develop essential life skills that support well-rounded individuals.
Campers and their guardians are responsible for preparing and bringing the following each day:
- Lunch
- Snacks (4 snack/water breaks per day)
- Water bottle
- Sun Lotion
- Proper attire
- Golf Clubs*
*Campers are encouraged to bring their own golf clubs each day. Should your child not have clubs of their own, rentals can be provided for the week.Â
Our camper to counsellor ratio is 4:1. The recommended standard for juniors is 6:1 however, with the nature of golf where swinging clubs is in group settings is standard procedure, our 4:1 ratio provides extra precaution when it comes to potential accidents.Â
As part of the weekly programming, our team of PGA Professionals provide on-site instruction to the campers during specific periods of the day. All golf-specific drills and content are guided by a PGA professional or professional in training.Â
Extended care is available for $50/week for those who require earlier pick-up and/or later drop-off daily.Â

Our indoor facility located at 5360 Canotek Road will be the primary location for drop-off, lunch, pick-up and select activities.Â
Majority of the morning programming will be held outdoors at the Shefford Road Sports Fields Park – a short, 2 minute walk from our facility. All kids will be chaperoned and safely guided to and from the park by our team of counsellors.Â

Yes – you may register as many juniors as needed in a single transaction, subject to availability.

If you are trying to register for a specific week that is already sold out – we recommend you register for a different week in order to secure a spot and we can place you on a holding list for the relative week that is sold out. Should a space open up, we will simply move your registration to the preferred week.
If for whatever reason you wish not to follow through on your purchase, you have 48 hours, if the package has not been fulfilled, to receive a full refund.
Past the 48 hour deadline there will be no refunds issued.Â
In the event of injury, or unforeseen circumstance you may apply the remaining credit to future services.
