(8) LIVE SESSIONS

Two group training sessions per week for four weeks. Each session covers a specific area of proper golf conditioning with an educational overview at the beginning of every session and a corresponding workout during the latter portion.

GOLF FITNESS MANUAL

90+ pages of material that goes hand-in-hand with the live course sessions. Use the material as a long-term reference point so you can continue to target your weaknesses through corrective exercise techniques, full routines and other practices.

SWING INTO SPRING

The 4-week Swing into Spring Workshop is designed to increase flexibility, mobility and stability in the hips & thoracic spine, enhance core function & strength, and improve lower body strength for increased power and distance in the golf swing. The program consists of an initial movement screen and swing analysis by a PGA of Canada Professional, personalized corrective exercise routines and weekly Yoga For Golfers® (YFG) sessions. The program will end with a final evaluation to demonstrate to the golfer the relative improvements made over the course of the workshop.

TUNE UP & TEE-OFF

This program is designed for the golfer who’s primary concern is technical instruction. Mainly for beginners or the struggling avid player, the 4-month program features a combination of golf instruction and corrective exercise techniques that address your physical limitations to promote sustainable improvement.

An initial assessment is conducted to evaluate both your physical limitations and swing characteristics. Once results are compiled, you will receive an online training program to target your physical limitations while working one-on-one with a PGA of Canada Professional to help facilitate improvement. The combination of both corrective exercise and technical coaching will provide you with a foundation for more consistent golf and reduced risk of injury for the upcoming season and moving forward.

Designed for golfers of all ages and skill level and tailored to your needs. Personal training is an investment not fit for everyone. Most golfers have some experience with physical conditioning but lack the knowledge required to design a program that yields results.

Our online training programs make it easy for you to achieve your goals and optimize performance away from the course. Delivered via mobile app and web-based platforms, our programs include video demonstrations and detailed instruction for each and every exercise so you never get confused. Workout from home, hit your local gym or crush your daily routines from anywhere with ease. All programs are built around the equipment you have access to and for less than the cost of a monthly gym membership, you can purchase all the equipment you would ever need for long-term results.

This program is completely virtual and hosted through our online training platform/app. All virtual training sessions will be hosted via Zoom or FaceTime. In-person training sessions are available in lieu of the (4) virtual sessions.

GOLF INSTRUCTION

Private, semi-private and formalized group lessons for golfers all ages and skill level. Improving mechanics and technique takes time and deliberate practice. We offer complimentary swing assessments for packages of 5 lessons or more to ensure we can develop a plan that targets your specific needs. 

Group lessons require a minimum of 2 golfers to book. The maximum numbers of golfers per group is 4 in the summer season and 3 in the winter.
